I DID NOT WIN!
AWARD School was fun, nerve-wrecking, exciting and all that you could imagine it to be.
Will I still hold my AWARD book close to my chest? Fu*kin Yes! It’s filled with mistakes, confidence, irreverence, excitement and ‘my’ thoughts. I first decided to not revisit and polish my book, but then I did. So, my portfolio now has all my original submissions along with the new stuff.
Being named the Top Student or even in the Top 10 of AWARD School 2019 would have surely felt great - no doubt! But not finding my name either on the Wall or the Top 10, taught me something more than what winning would.
The brief - Create a unique awareness campaign, that Australians want to get behind, centred around the line 'We Play' for the Pararoos ahead of their World Cup tour.
